The iPhone Duo Is Finally Here – Apple’s First Foldable iPhone

After years of waiting, iPhone fans finally got their first look at the iPhone Duo. It was unveiled on September 9, 2026, at Apple’s event, where the company also introduced its new iPhone Pro models.

As for the iPhone Duo, it features a “passport” design with a titanium body. The outer display measures 5.4 inches, while the inner display expands to 7.6 inches when the phone is unfolded. It also comes with Apple’s new A20 Pro chip and plenty of other interesting features.

The main camera is a 48MP Fusion camera with an integrated 2x Telephoto zoom at optical quality, along with a 48MP Ultra Wide camera. On the outside, there’s a Center Stage camera, while the inner display features a dedicated FaceTime camera built underneath the screen.

When it comes to battery life, the iPhone Duo uses two batteries, and Apple says it can deliver up to 31 hours of video playback when using the inner display. It also supports fast charging, reaching around 50% charge in about 20 minutes.

The iPhone Duo will be available with 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB of storage. It will come in two colors: “Star White” and “Night Sky.”

In the U.S., the iPhone Duo will start at $1,999, with preorders opening Friday, October 16, 2026. The phone will officially go on sale one week later, on October 23, 2026.
